Dirk is the CEO and co-founder of Leadgency, where his passion for performance-based work has been the driving force behind the company's success. With a career that began two decades ago as an affiliate, building websites, Dirk has always prioritized delivering results. He has been involved in all aspects of the company, transitioning seamlessly from operational to managerial roles. Currently, Dirk leads the direction of the company alongside the management team, constantly seeking new opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. In his free time, Dirk enjoys playing tennis or padel and can often be found cruising around in his exclusive car collection.
Remco is the CFO and co-founder of Leadgency, responsible for managing the company's finances and technology since its inception in 2010. Despite his focus on finance, Remco has been passionate about online marketing since he was 18 years old, constantly fascinated by the ever-evolving landscape of the digital world. In his free time, Remco loves to barbecue and stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements, often implementing innovative solutions in his work at Leadgency.

Mirjam is the Office Manager at Leadgency. The multifaceted nature of her role is what she finds most rewarding. Her tasks include organizing administrative duties, ensuring the office operates smoothly, supporting colleagues in their job functions, managing internal social media, and fostering a sense of belonging and appreciation in the workplace. Mirjam values activities like Friday lunches, social gatherings, and thoughtful gestures for birthdays and anniversaries to maintain a positive work environment. Outside of work, her hobbies include reading and collecting books, building Lego sets, and caring for her three horses, which bring her relaxation and joy.
Krysta is account manager at Leadgency. With her experience in communication and administration, Krysta is point of contact for our clients. Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, she holds a degree in International Relations and has previously worked with both government institutions and startups. Krysta was a team leader for a CRM program in development and deployment. When she's not working, Krysta enjoys cooking, going for long walks, and indulging her love for escape rooms and strategy games.
Ioana is an Account Manager at Leadgency, where she serves as the primary point of contact for our clients. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and takes pride in proactively resolving any issues that may arise. Throughout her career in the market research industry, Ioana has held various roles and has gained extensive experience in developing media strategies and plans to achieve specific goals. She finds great satisfaction in tackling challenging problems and finding innovative solutions, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver value to clients. During her free time, Ioana enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially by the seaside during the summer season.
Ruxandra, with over 17 years of expertise in market research and advertising, excels at seamlessly transitioning between client and supplier roles. Her adept account management spans across multiple countries, fostering collaboration with diverse teams for optimal outcomes. Beyond work, Ruxandra finds joy in activities such as climbing, yoga, art, exploring new destinations, savoring fine cuisine, and sipping on a good cup of coffee.
Lisa holds the position of Team lead media buying at Leadgency. Her favorite aspect of the job is taking on the challenge of achieving monthly targets with her team, while also enjoying the perfect blend of creativity and data analysis involved in her role. When she is not working, Lisa likes to pursue her hobbies of photography and traveling to explore new destinations.
Stephan holds the position of Senior media buyer at Leadgency, where he manages campaign goals and ensures monthly targets are met through effective steering. Having celebrated his 12,5-year work anniversary in November 2024, Stephan has held various positions throughout the company and has a wealth of experience. What he enjoys most about his role is the diversity of responsibilities he gets to take on, driving him to assume additional responsibilities. In his leisure time, Stephan's favorite hobby is tending to his aquarium.
Jan serves as a Media Buyer at Leadgency, attracted to the job because it presents the opportunity to collaborate with diverse clients from various industries and devise and implement effective marketing strategies. What Jan finds particularly appealing about media buying is the ability to combine his passion for statistics with his creative thinking. Outside of work, Jan enjoys engaging in physical activities such as soccer, swimming, and fitness, as they contribute to his overall well-being and health.
Dexter, our media buyer, graduated with a degree in Creative Business, where he could utilize his marketing skills and creativity. In his free time, he is passionate about sports (strength training), music production, and investing. Music production is his biggest passion, specializing in Tech-House and Techno. He has been immersed in music since a young age and has set up his own studio in his room, equipped with all the necessary tools he has collected over the years.
Menno is one of the media-buyers at Leadgency. After completing his studies in commercial economics, he sought a new challenge in marketing which led him to Leadgency. What intrigued Menno most about the role was the opportunity to run his own campaigns and work with a focus on results.
Outside of work, Menno is an avid sports enthusiast, engaging in activities like fitness, football, and mountain biking. He also enjoys socializing and unwinding with friends over drinks on the weekends.
Eelke is the dedicated Website Content Creator at Leadgency, specializing in the design and development of prelanders and landing pages utilized by the company. With previous experience as a graphic designer, Eelke has always been intrigued by the world of digital media design. In his current role, he can fully immerse himself in the creative process. During his free time, Eelke finds joy in the kitchen, experimenting with recipes and baking delicious treats. He also has a passion for live music and often attends concerts, continuously seeking out new and exciting sounds to expand his musical horizons.
Juliën serves as the Visual Content Creator at Leadgency, specializing in the creation of social media ad creatives. His daily tasks revolve around generating fresh and engaging ideas among the team to achieve our goals. What Juliën finds most gratifying about his role is the unlimited creativity it offers and the chance to collaborate with his colleagues to produce optimal outcomes. Outside of work, Juliën enjoys watching and playing football and cherishes time spent with his closest friends, regardless of the activity.
